1.  The official launch date of Privileged Play’s new Refer-a-Friend Program (“Referral Program”) described herein is Monday, November 14, 2011.  The new Referral Program benefits do not apply for any referrals that may have been made prior to the launch of this program.

2.  The referring member (“Referrer(s)”) must be a current Privileged Play member in good standing in order to receive the benefits of the Referral Program.   Referrers whose Privileged Play memberships have lapsed are not eligible to receive the benefits of the Referral Program. 

3.  In order for the Referrer to qualify for the Referral Program benefits, the referred member (“Referee(s)”) must purchase the Privileged Play Premium membership for no less than $99 + applicable taxes via Privileged Play’s website or by calling International Club Network (“ICN”) at 416-488-7772 or 1-800-903-4268.  The Referee must also provide the Referrer’s name and Privileged Play membership number to ICN at the time of purchase in order for the Referrer to receive the Referral Program benefits.

4.  In order for the Referrer to qualify for the Referral Program benefits, the Referee(s) must be new to the Privileged Play Program, or have a past Privileged Play membership that has been lapsed for greater than a 12 month period from the date of referral. 

5.  For each new qualifying Referee that joins Privileged Play under the above conditions, ICN will send the Referrer one dozen Callaway HX Diablo golf balls or golf balls of similar retail value.  ICN reserves the right to restrict the number of golf balls distributed in total or to any individual or group of individuals.  The bonus awarded in conjunction with the Referral Program may change from time to time without notice. 

6.  ICN will mail the golf balls to the Referrer.  Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.

7.  Other restrictions may apply.  ICN may cancel or modify this Referral Program or change its terms at any time.
