It is Lobster Boil time.  It must mean that spring is coming, cottage season is getting near, and we will soon be outside with a glass of vino.  Time to think about what white wines and light reds are going to go with warm weather salads, light lunches, zephyr breezes and sunshine.

Enjoy a decadent evening of delicious food and expertly paired wine at the historic and gracious setting of St. George's Golf & Country Club.  This dinner always showcases a wide variety of Opimian wines accompanied by a wonderful meal.
