Failure to sign and return the Prize Acknowledgement Form within 10 days of receipt will result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of another name.
4. If a person guesses the correct answer they will receive one point in the trivia contest. Answers will be provided regularly on the members only page up until 11:59 p.m. E.T. on October 31, 2008. New questions will be added regularly. Guesses for a particular trivia question must be received within that particular trivia question contest time period. For example: if a contest question is posted Friday the 9th, and the next question will be added on Friday the 16th, entries will be accepted from Friday the 9th until the Thursday the 15th at 11:59 PM. Only the first trivia guess received in a given question's time period will be accepted. You may enter the contest at any time. ICN reserves the right to change the amount of points each contest question is worth. Also, we reserve the right to give bonus points for timely responses if clearly specified. In the event where a correct answer is a number, and no one guesses the correct answer, the person who is closest to the answer without going over will win that question's point.
5. Your chance of winning will depend on the number of questions you answer correctly, before the due date, on your first try.
6. ICN reserves the right to use the winner’s name, city of residence, likeness and/or photograph without compensation, in any advertising and publicity in relation to the contest. The contest is subject to all relevant laws.
