Privileged Play – Win Ten Free Rounds of Golf
ALL ENTRANTS AGREE TO COMPLY WITH THESE RULES
HOW TO ENTER:
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To enter, go to the official entry section, complete all required information on the entry page and click “submit”. No purchase is necessary. Limit one contest entry per email address, per promotional period and limit one entry per person, unless the person refers a friend. For each valid referral a person makes they will receive one (1) additional entry into the Contest for up to five (5) entries during the contest period.
THE CONTEST:
The Contest runs from July 6, 2005 to August 30, 2005 inclusive (the "Contest Period"). International Club Network Limited (ICN) reserves the right to terminate the Contest if events beyond its reasonable control make continuation not feasible. ICN also reserves the right to terminate, suspend or amend this Contest should a virus, bug, or computer, electronic or system malfunction, or another cause beyond ICN’s control corrupts the administration, security or proper play of this Contest.
THE PRIZES:
One prize will be awarded consisting of ten free rounds of golf. The ten free rounds will consist of, five (5) rounds for two (2) people at each course of choice, at any participating Canadian Privileged Play golf course.
The approximate retail value of the prize depends on the time of redemption. For example, if redeeming at Taboo, the weekend green fee is $195, the weekday green fee is $180, and both weekend and weekday twilight green fees are $125.
All participating golf courses are independent operators. Therefore, ICN cannot and does not assume any liability or responsibility for any loss or damage to personal property or personal injury resulting from utilizing the services of the golf course. Any loss or damage is the sole responsibility of the golf course and should be reported to the manager or owner of the golf course and the winner’s own insurance company as set out in such company’s rules regarding claims. The winner specifically releases ICN and its officers, directors and shareholders from any liability arising from the winner’s use of the golf courses.
The Prizes must be accepted as awarded, without substitutions or transfers, except as stated above. Any additional costs incurred in collecting and using the Prizes are each winner's responsibility. Maximum one Prize to each contest winner. ICN reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value.
TO ENTER:
No purchase is necessary. If a person wishes to enter the Contest but does not want to purchase an ICN product or service or enter online, he/she may enter by writing a 100 word minimum essay on why he/she would like win the Win Ten Free Rounds of Golf Contest and mailing it to: Privileged Play Win Ten Free Rounds of Golf Contest, 885 Don Mills Road, Suite 110, Toronto, Ontario, M3C 1V9. Only one essay per person permitted. Persons who submit more than one essay will be disqualified.
All entries become the property of ICN and none will be returned; ICN assumes no responsibility for lost, delayed, destroyed or misdirected entries. ICN will contact only those persons whose names are drawn.
THE DRAW:
On August 31, 2005, at approximately 2 P.M. (EST) one (1) entry for the Grand Prize will be randomly drawn at 885 Don Mills Road, Suite 110, Toronto, Ontario, from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The chances of being selected depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The person whose name is drawn first is eligible for the Grand Prize. Ten additional names (or reasonable number as determined by ICN or its agent) will then be drawn as backups in case a selected entrant cannot be contacted. If ICN or its agent, acting reasonably, cannot contact a selected entrant within 2 weeks of the draw date, ICN or its agent will attempt to contact by phone the first name drawn as a backup. ICN or its agent will then make reasonable efforts to contact that backup person within 2 further weeks, failing which the second backup name will be drawn, and so on, until a selected entrant is contacted for the Prize or reasonable attempts have been made to contact all 10 backup names, whichever comes first.
TO WIN:
Principal contacts of winning entrants must correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited, mathematical, skill testing question, which will be administered by ICN’s agent. All decisions of ICN and the contest judging organization representatives are final. Then, after ICN and the judging organization verifies that you have complied with these rules, the winners must sign ICN’s standard release form before being entitled to receive the Prize. That form also contains the consent of each winner (for the Prize) to the use of their names, addresses and/or photographs in advertising or other publicity by ICN and/or its agencies, without any payment or other compensation.
The name of the winners may be obtained by writing Privileged Play – Win Ten Free Rounds of Golf Contest, 885 Don Mills Road, Suite 110, Toronto Ontario, M3C 1V9.
WHO IS ELIGIBLE:
The Contest is open to all Privileged Play members and friends who are residents of Canada and who have reached the age of majority in their province, except employees of ICN or its affiliated companies, agents, advertising or promotional agencies, or the independent contest judges and persons domiciled with any such person, or a member of the immediate family of any such person (spouses, parents, children, grandparents, grandchildren, siblings, by blood or adoption, and spouses of same). By submitting your complete name and e-mail address, you consent to the collection and use of this information in accordance with the Privacy Commitment.
In Quebec only: Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a Prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement. Any litigation respecting the termination of the Contest is subject to the authorization by the Quebec RACJ.
FRIEND REFERRAL PROGRAM (online only):
After a person enters the Contest, they will have the option to refer up to five (5) friends by providing an email address for each to the Contest, each of whom will be sent an email from that person.They may only send emails to someone with whom they have an existing relationship and to whom an email from them would not be considered spam.For each valid referral they make they will receive one (1) additional entry into the Contest for up to five (5) entries during the Contest period.

International Club Network is committed to protecting your privacy.Your personal information is collected and used for two purposes only: to fulfill your order and to notify you about future ICN opportunities. ICN does not trade, rent, or sell any personal information to third parties.
